Tea in the United States covers everything from a traditional Chinese or Japanese tea house to a Southern sweet-tea counter, and the fastest-growing segment is bubble tea: Taiwanese-style milk teas and fruit teas with tapioca pearls, sold by chains and independents alike with adjustable sugar and ice levels. Tea rooms serving afternoon tea with scones and sandwiches usually require a reservation, while boba shops, juice bars and smoothie shops are walk-in and quick. Kava and kombucha bars are a newer category, and loose-leaf tea stores sell blends, teaware and gifts, often with a tasting counter. Prices for a drink run similar to coffee-shop prices, with premium teas and cold-pressed juices at the high end.

It's our first time in this place and my daughter was very excited, we ordered 2 wrapps and a drink. I was just looking in the back at the food and I see a young girl cleaning using a wet rag. I then see as she starts to make our wraps, she does not take her gloves off but, makes the wraps with the wet rag right next to it, almost touching the wraps. I told the nice cashier also a young girl taking my order that the girl in the back put the spinach wraps just beside the rags, she says its not chemicals its just water on the rags, she then asks me that she can just start with a new spinach wrap, I said yes please. But then, she took anew wrap but she still did not change her gloves, the same ones she used while she was cleaning with the wet rag. I was contemplating on still paying for the food but I felt too bad so I ended up paying anyway. After we payed, she's making the wraps and I noticed she was pissed, she was throwing things like the container of salsa and, slamming the grill on the wraps, her actions just showed off she was mad. I feel that it is very unsanitary, even if it was just water on the rags its still dirty if you were cleaning around with it, I mean would you e

I’ve been to this location multiple times, and the customer service consistently feels disengaged. Staff often seem uninterested and not very welcoming, which takes away from the overall experience. On a recent visit, I also had an issue with an order and couldn’t reach the store by phone, and when I did, the interaction felt unfriendly. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at the 23 Mile Road location, so the difference is noticeable. Would love to see this location improve.

It has a certain atmosphere. kinda gen z esque workers as a rule. I usually have the southwest ceasar wrap and the very berry smoothy. Today I had the Cilantro Chicken, and wow, tastes way better than something you expect from a little shop like this. I think both the employee that made it and the person who designed the recipe cared about making something that tastes good. how does it taste? well, there are a variety of flavors that blend into each other, so that each bite complements the others. like a song. And even though the employees are gen z culture coded its not a bad thing once you get used to it. just dont expect them to have fast food fake smiles cuz they probably won't. sorry my pic is an empty container I ate the sandwich.

Usually I go to the 23 Mile location but I stopped at this one on my way home from work. Spent $40 on 2 wraps, a grilled cheese, and a smoothie. I ordered a Turkey Avacado wrap and Cilantro Chicken wrap. Both were missing the avocado. And I ordered it on wheat tortilla and was given a spinach one. I was the only one in the restaurant so not sure what the issue was but very disappointing given the cost. Usually have no issues at the 23 Mile location. The photo is supposed to be Cilantro Chicken on wheat. It's literally chicken and lettuce on a spinach wrap.
